01 · What a session covers

A working plan for the two pressures every household juggles

Each session is built around the two numbers that shape most family decisions: the cash that flows in and out each month, and the savings that has to be ready when a tuition bill lands.

01.1

Family cash-flow review

We lay out income, fixed costs and variable spending across the household, then mark which lines are stable, which are seasonal, and which are quietly eroding the surplus.

  • Income mapping across earners and side income
  • Fixed vs variable cost split
  • Surplus and shortfall months identified
  • Recurring leakage flagged for review
01.2

Education-savings planning

From elementary enrichment to overseas university timelines, we translate a child's stage into a target amount, a time horizon, and a monthly figure the household can actually sustain.

  • Per-child savings target by stage
  • Time horizon and milestone mapping
  • Monthly contribution the cash-flow can carry
  • Gap analysis against current saving rate
02 · Who this is for

Households carrying both a mortgage and a tuition timeline

A session fits when a family can feel a cash-flow squeeze and an education deadline arriving at the same time, and wants a single working plan that addresses both instead of treating them as separate problems.

03 · How a session works

Four steps from first contact to a working plan

The path is deliberately short so the plan is in your hands while the numbers are still current.

Step 01

Inquiry and intake

You send a short note through the contact form describing the household situation and the question you want answered. We reply within two business days to confirm a time.

✓ No documents needed at this stage
Step 02

Pre-session worksheet

Before the session you receive a one-page worksheet to drop in monthly income, fixed costs, current education-savings balances and the next tuition milestone. Estimates are fine.

✓ 15 minutes, your own figures
Step 03

The session itself

A 60–90 minute consultation, at the Gangnam office or via video call. We work through the worksheet live, test scenarios, and agree the surplus and the savings figure that fit.

✓ 1:1, never a group
Step 04

The written plan

You receive a short written summary: the cash-flow picture, the education-savings target, the monthly contribution, and the review date. No follow-on product sale is attached.

✓ Yours to keep, no obligation
04 · What you bring, what we bring

A short checklist so the session stays useful

04.1

What you bring

An honest picture of the household money, even if it is messy. Estimates are welcome; perfect records are not required for a session to be useful.

  • Monthly take-home income per earner
  • Fixed costs: rent, mortgage, loans, school fees
  • Current education-savings balances per child
  • The next tuition milestone you can name
  • One question you want answered first
04.2

What we bring

A structured walk through the numbers, a second set of eyes on the gap between cash-flow and the savings target, and a written plan you can act on without us.

  • A cash-flow picture you can read at a glance
  • A per-child education-savings target by stage
  • A monthly contribution the surplus can carry
  • Scenario tests for shocks and milestones
  • A written summary and a review date
