2. Purposes of collection and use

The information you submit through the inquiry form is used for one purpose only: to reply to your inquiry and, if you confirm a session, to prepare and hold the consultation.

To understand the household situation before the session
To reply to a follow-up question about an existing plan

Your information is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared with a third party for their own purposes.

3. Retention and use periods

Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond and, if a session is booked, to deliver it and follow up on the written plan.

Inquiries that do not lead to a booked session: deleted within 90 days of the last exchange.
Inquiries that lead to a booked session: the worksheet and written plan are kept for the term of the engagement and for up to 1 year afterward, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.

4. Provision and delegation of personal information

Your information is not provided to any third party except where required by law. The same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry receives the submission on behalf of GridFabric Family Finance and processes it as the data controller. No overseas transfer of personal information takes place as part of the inquiry flow.

5. Rights of the data subject and how to exercise them

Under PIPA you have the right to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw any consent you have given.
