Process
From the first note to a plan you can put into action yourself, kept short on purpose so the figures behind it are still current when it lands.
The session, step by step
The process is the same whether you book a cash-flow review, an education-savings session, or the combined plan. Four steps, no gatekeeping between them.
Step 01 · Inquiry and intake
Start with a short message via the contact form — a line or two on the household and the question you want answered first. We get back to you within two business days to lock in a time and send the pre-session worksheet. No documents are needed at this stage.
Step 02 · Pre-session worksheet
Ahead of the session we send a one-page worksheet for your take-home pay, fixed outgoings, education-savings balances so far and the next school payment. Rough numbers are fine — the session works with the figures you have, not the figures you wish you had. Fifteen minutes of your own time is usually enough.
Step 03 · The consultation
A 60–90 minute consultation, in the Gangnam office or via a video link. We sit with the worksheet on screen, run a few scenarios against it, and settle on the surplus the household can sustain and the savings figure that fits inside it. The session is always 1:1 and never a group.
Step 04 · The written plan
You leave with a brief written summary covering the cash-flow picture, the per-child education-savings target, the monthly figure, and a review date tied to the next milestone. The plan is yours to keep. No follow-on product sale is attached to it.
Rules every session follows
A few commitments stated up front so the session stays useful and the advice stays honest.
- No product sale inside a session. The deliverable is the plan, not a purchase.
- No commission on any account. We do not take a fee from any provider for a referral.
- One household at a time. Sessions are 1:1 and never shared across families.
- Your figures, your plan. We work with the numbers you bring, not a model portfolio.
- A fixed review date. Every plan ships with a date to revisit it, so it does not go stale.
What to bring
A session works best when you come with a frank account of the household money, mess and all. The list below is enough; perfect records are not required.
- Take-home pay for each earner
- Standing outgoings: rent or mortgage, loans, school fees
- Education-savings balances held per child so far
- The next school payment you can name
- The question you want answered first
After the session
The written plan is the end of the engagement unless you choose otherwise. If you want help executing the plan through a third party later, that step stands on its own and is not part of the session fee. To set a review date or open a new question, use the contact form.
