Two sessions, one method

Every engagement is a 1:1 consultation, not a product sale. The two sessions below can be booked separately or combined into a single working plan when a household is carrying both pressures at once.

Family cash-flow review

A 60-minute session that maps the full household money picture: income across earners, fixed costs, variable spending, and the months where the surplus breaks. The output is a one-page cash-flow snapshot and a short list of lines worth changing first.

  • Income mapping across all earners and side income
  • Fixed versus variable cost split, with seasonal costs called out
  • Surplus and shortfall months identified on a 12-month view
  • Recurring leakage flagged for review before anything else
  • A one-page cash-flow summary you keep

Format: 1:1, in person at Gangnam or online · Length: 60 minutes

Education-savings planning

A 90-minute session that converts a child’s current stage into a savings goal, a timeline, and a monthly contribution the household can sustain. Works for elementary enrichment, local university, and overseas study timelines alike.

  • Per-child savings target mapped to current stage
  • Time horizon and milestone calendar per child
  • Monthly contribution the cash-flow surplus can carry
  • Gap analysis against the current saving rate
  • A written savings plan per child, with a review date

Format: 1:1, in person at Gangnam or online · Length: 90 minutes

Combined cash-flow and education plan

A single 90-minute session for households carrying both pressures at once. We work through the cash-flow first, then read the education-savings target against the surplus the cash-flow actually leaves. The output is one working plan that treats the two numbers as connected, which is how the household experiences them.

  • Everything in the cash-flow review, plus
  • Everything in the education-savings session, plus
  • A single combined plan showing the contribution the surplus can sustain
  • A review date set against the next tuition milestone

Format: 1:1, in person at Gangnam or online · Length: 90 minutes

What a session does not include

To keep the advice honest, a session never includes any product sale, any commission on an account, or any referral fee from a provider. The deliverable is the plan. If you later want help executing it through a third party, that is a separate conversation and carries no fee inside the session.

Booking

Sessions are confirmed by email within two business days of an inquiry. To book, use the contact form or phone the office.
