These terms govern the booking and delivery of consultation sessions offered by GridFabric Family Finance Co., Ltd. They are written for the individual who books a session and the household they represent.

1. The service

The service is a 1:1 financial-planning consultation focused on family cash-flow and education-savings planning. The deliverable of a session is a written plan. The service does not include the sale of any financial product, a commission on any account, or a referral fee from any provider.

2. Booking and confirmation

A session is booked by submitting the contact form. We confirm a time by email within two business days. A session is not confirmed until you receive that confirmation email. The pre-session worksheet is sent with the confirmation.

3. Session format and length

Sessions are 1:1, at the Gangnam office or online. The cash-flow review runs 60 minutes, the education-savings session runs 90 minutes, and the combined plan runs 90 minutes. Sessions start at the confirmed time and end at the stated length.

4. Fees

Fees for each session type are confirmed in the booking email before any payment is requested. No fee is charged for the inquiry itself or for the pre-session worksheet. Where a fee applies, it is for the session and the written plan, and is stated in KRW inclusive of applicable tax.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed session up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Within 24 hours, the session fee is payable as set out on the refund page. To reschedule or cancel, reply to the confirmation email or call the office.

6. What you bring

You are asked to give a clear picture of the household money on the pre-session worksheet. Estimates are accepted. We work from the figures you bring; no access to your bank accounts or any third-party login is required.

7. Conduct of the session

Sessions are advisory. The plan is based on the figures you bring and on the assumptions stated in the written summary. You remain responsible for any decision you take on the basis of the plan, including any decision to execute it through a third party.

8. No product sale

No financial product is sold inside a session and no commission is taken on any account. Any later conversation about putting the plan into action through a third party stands apart from the session and sits outside the session fee.
